About TrainsTracking Support
TrainsTracking is built on publicly available timetable and live API data from 76 national railway operators across 150+ countries. Our data team monitors feeds from sources including Deutsche Bahn (Germany), Network Rail and National Rail (UK), SNCF (France), Pakistan Railways, Indian Railways NTES, Finnish Digitraffic, Irish Rail, NS (Netherlands), Infrabel (Belgium), SBB (Switzerland), Trenitalia (Italy), Renfe (Spain), and Amtrak (USA) on a daily basis to ensure schedules remain accurate and up to date.
Reporting incorrect train data
If you notice a departure time, arrival time, station name, train number, platform, fare, route distance, or journey duration that does not match the official published timetable or schedule for that operator, we want to know. Use the Data Corrections email address above and include: the URL of the page with the error, the specific field that is incorrect, and the correct value with a source (such as a link to the official operator timetable or booking page). We verify every correction against the primary official source before applying it. Verified corrections are typically applied within one to two business days.
For data corrections affecting Pakistan Railways, please also include the train name and number (e.g. 1 Up Green Line or 11 Down Karakoram Express), the affected station, and whether the error is in the scheduled timetable or the live status. Pakistan Railways timetables are sourced from the official published timetable and booking.pakrail.gov.pk — we cross-reference both.
Press and media enquiries
Journalists, researchers, travel writers, and documentary makers covering rail travel are welcome to contact our press team. We can provide: statistics on global rail network coverage by country and continent, methodology notes on how we source and validate data, train delay trend data across our 19 live API networks, comment on specific rail policy or infrastructure topics, and interview access to our team of regional rail specialists. We respond to all press enquiries within 24 hours on business days. For urgent requests, please mark your email subject line with [PRESS — URGENT].
Partnerships and API access
Railway operators, national transport authorities, travel agencies, train booking platforms, and transport technology companies interested in data partnerships, API integration, or data contribution agreements can reach us at the General contact address. We are particularly interested in discussions with operators in regions currently underserved in our database — including West Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and South America — and welcome data contribution agreements that expand our coverage to new networks. We offer a developer API with a free tier for moderate usage; documentation is available at our API docs page.
General support and feedback
For general questions about how to use TrainsTracking, what data is available for a specific country, how to read a train timetable, or how to interpret live delay information, our support team is happy to help. We also welcome product feedback — if there is a feature you would like to see, a country you would like added, or a way we can make the platform more useful for your specific use case, let us know through the contact form above. We read every message, even if we cannot always respond individually to every suggestion.
TrainsTracking does not process ticket bookings or payments, and we are not affiliated with any of the railway operators whose data we display. For ticketing issues, refund requests, or complaints about a specific service, please contact the relevant railway operator directly. We can help you find the correct contact information for any operator in our database.
